
CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP recipe
I had this delicious soup for lunch today, with at least 3 portions of veggies in one serving! And... all three of my kids loved it!!! INGREDIENTS: ➡️ 2 tbsp coconut oil, ➡️ 4 garlic cloves, ➡️ 1 large onion, ➡️ 4 leeks, ➡️ 3 broccoli heads, ➡️ 1.5 l vegetable stock, ➡️ 250 ml full fat coconut milk, ➡️ juice from 1 lemon, ➡️ salt and pepper to taste. METHOD: Press garlic and chop onions and leeks. Saute in coconut oil for about 5 minutes, add broccoli and saute for another 5

STUFFED CABBAGE LEAVES Slow Cooker Recipe (Gluten free/ Dairy free)
This is a traditional Polish dish and a favourite in my family. I always make a big batch, so five of us have it over 2 days and if there is still something left, I simply freeze the leftovers. This is also a perfect recipe for the entertaining, it is always a big hit! My Crock-Pot is 4.7L big, so this is the yield for this capacity. INGREDIENTS: 125 g brown basmati rice, 1 kg of pork mince, 1 onion chopped, 4 garlic cloves pressed, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp marjoram, sea salt, black pe
