
SALAD NIÇOISE Recipe
This is a beautiful SALAD NIÇOISE that I'm having for dinner tonight 💗 What's in it? INGREDIENTS:
➡️ 1 can of tuna steak,
➡️ 1 boiled egg,
➡️ 50 g green beans steamed,
➡️ half a tomato chopped,
➡️ half red onion chopped,
➡️ 3 tbsp olives marinated in garlic and herbs (recipe coming up later),
➡️ 1 heart of lettuce,
➡️ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil,
➡️ salt and pepper. METHOD:
To serve, line a serving dish with lettuce leaves and add the green beans. Break the tuna

AVOCADO AND ORANGE SALAD Ready in 5 minutes! (Paleo/ Vegan / Gluten free/ Dairy free)
Beautiful, colourful and nutritiously yummy salad. Beat the bloat, eat a rainbow! INGREDIENTS: 2 avocados, 1 orange, 1 red Ramiro pepper, bunch of parsley leaves, juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. METHOD: Scoop the avocados, peel the orange and chop it all up.
