Try Organic Food...

Eating 'organic' has become a necessity in times where the pesticides and fertilisers are considered 'normal' farming practices. Unfortunately organic produce is frequently more expensive than standard versions, and not everyone can afford to buy it all the time. But shopping for organic food doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Eat organic whenever you can.

 

Here are the foods that you should try to buy organic, as they are usually ’the worst offenders’:

 

➡️ apples,

➡️ pears,

➡️ grapes,

➡️ cucumbers,

➡️ leafy greens: kale, spinach, spring greens, lettuce.

 

However if you are juicing, make sure all the produce is organic, otherwise you might be poisoning yourself with a pesticide cocktail 😱

 

In regards to dairy and meat - certified organic means that the animals did not received any antibiotics or growth hormones and they only consumed 100 percent organic feed. If you want to take the extra step, look for organic, grass-fed milk and meat 👍
