CHINESE LEAF & GRAPES salad RECIPE, with AVOCADO dressing

It's amazingly tasty salad, with my favourite AVOCADO dressing. Super easy to make with only few ingredients, ready in minutes!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 head of Chinese leaf

  • 400 g of black seedless grapes

DRESSING: 

  • 1/2 avocado, 

  • juice freshly squeezed from 1 lime, 

  • 1/3 cucumber, 

  • drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, 

  • pinch of sea salt.

 

METHOD:

Chop the Chinese leaf and cut the grapes in half. As for the dressing, blend the ingredients together. I like to use Nutribullet, as its power allows to liquidise the ingredients completely, but a good hand blender should also do the job. Mix the dressing with the salad, delicious and nutritious side salad ready in minutes!
