As you probably noticed all my recipes are clean, nutritious and most importantly quick and easy to make. This one is no exception. Delicious dinner ready in 30 minutes (and most of this is waiting time - not making time ;-)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil,

  • 3 garlic cloves,

  • 1 onion,

  • 500 g turkey mince, 

  • 1 tsp turmeric,

  • 1 tsp cumin,

  • 1 tsp ground coriander,

  • 400 g can of coconut milk,

  • 1 bag of spinach (200 g),

  • brown basmati rice and side salad to serve.
