This is the recipe I created after trying many different ones and none of them was perfect... all I can say is that it's the best banana cake I've ever had and super easy to make!

- 4 eggs,
- 4 mashed bananas,
- 1/4 cup melted ghee or coconut oil,
- 4 tbsp honey (optional),
- 1 cup ground almonds,
- 1/2 cup coconut flour,
- 1 tsp cinnamon,
- 1 tsp baking powder,
- 1 tsp bicarb soda,
- 1/2 cup raisins soaked in hot water,
- 2-4 tbsp brown rice milk / almond milk (if the mixture is too thi...

Soak and rinse your BEANS & LENTILS before cooking... And yes, QUINOA as well!

Soaking for 24 hours and changing the soaking water at least once will reduce the amount of phytic acid - a major "anti-nutrient" in grains and legumes.
It can block the absorption of calcium, zinc, magnesium, iron and copper and inhibit digestive enzymes...
